Every Igneos estate is restart-safe and crash-recoverable: checkpoint-cursored jobs, idempotent deployment and replay, health, readiness, and liveness checks on everything that matters, failure-injection testing before handover. One command installs it. One command rolls it back. Fragility is a design choice, and we decline it.

Repatriation is a sequencing problem, not a leap. Inventory what actually runs. Rebuild it sovereign, in containment, alongside the incumbent. Cut over with rollback in hand. Decommission the lease. The order matters more than the ambition — and at the end, the building is yours: walls, wiring, and all.
